Returns & Exchanges

No returns are accepted without previous authorization. Please contact  us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any  defective/wrong items. Any claim made outside of this period will not be accepted.  You will have to cover the return postage yourself and ensure the items are in the same conditions that they were sent out to you. We suggest using a tracked service to ensure the items are not lost in the post. Please note we will not be liable for any lost items.
If there are any issues please contact us first and we can liaise with one another to come up with the best solution.  

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS ON ANY EARRING ITEMS. 

 Currency 

We are based in London, United Kingdom and use £GBP. When we start selling internationally, for any payment and/or charge onto your credit card. Prices shown in the  Site may be displayed in a foreign currency but we will use GBP as the  transaction price charged instead based on the conversion rate of such  foreign currency into GBP applicable in our bank. 

 Pricing 

 The price stated is the final price offer, email requests for conter offers will not be accepted. 

 We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product  listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to  refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been  confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made  or if the credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the  order is cancelled, Wee shall promptly credit the credit card  account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We have done my best to display and describe as accurately as  possible the colours of the jewellery shown on the site. However,  because the colours you see will depend on your monitor or phone screen, we cannot  guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will represent the  item entirely correctly.
