FAQ - Frequently asked questions

Shipping

 All products will be sent via Royal Mail  within 48 hours of the order being  placed.  We ship to UK, Europe, America, Australia and Canada. If you would like to purchase an order and live in another country, please do contact us direct and lets figure something out!

Please note Royal Mail are experiencing delays in certain parts of the UK, please bear with us as your order may take a few extra days to arrive.

What materials do your products consist of?

Each item on our page has a full specification in the details section, displaying the material, crystal and  if its gold plated etc. Please refer to each product, as each items material differ.

Can I return my items?

No returns are accepted without previous authorization. Please contact  us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any  defective/wrong items. Any claim made outside of this period will not be accepted.  You will have to cover the return postage yourself and ensure the items are in the same conditions that they were sent out to you. 

We suggest using a tracked service to ensure the items are not lost in the post. Please note we will not be liable for any lost items.


If there are any issues please contact us first and we can liaise with one another to come up with the best solution. 


PLEASE NOTE DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS ON ANY EARRING ITEMS.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all credit cards & Paypal. Unfortuantely we cannot accept any bank transfers or cash.

All orders must be paid for before we post.

Can I order over the phone? Or via instagram?

We would love to speak to you on the phone, however we cannot accept any payments over the phone.
You may purchase items off Instagram shop/shopify. However we will not accept orders via instagram direct messages.

Why was my order partially refunded?

We hand pick unique items from suppliers from all over the world, therefore our items are unique and from time to time we may have an influx of customers all  hoping to order the same item, we realise when attempting to fill these  orders that unfortunately we can't fulfill them all.

If you have received an email about your order being out of stock, this means that we were, unfortunately unable to fulfill your entire order  or part of your order.

When this happens, please be assured that your money has been  refunded to your original payment method and can take anywhere from 3 - 5  business days to show back in your account.

Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, this is the worst-case scenario

Can I cancel my order?

If you do wish to cancel your order, you must tell us before we have shipped out the product. If you tell us when it has been shipped then we will of course refund you the amount, once you return the items, at your own expense.

My item(s) is wrong, damaged or missing.

Ensure you check your items against your order confirmation. If  you have received the wrong item, your item is damaged or there is an  item missing, please contact  us and we can discuss it further :)

will it be the colours be the exact same?

 Images & Colours

We have done my best to display and describe as accurately as  possible the colours of the jewellery shown on the site. However,  because the colours you see will depend on your monitor or mobile screen, we cannot  guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will represent the  item entirely correctly.

How will my order arrive?

We provide a complimentary blue velvet pouch for each item purchased. Earrings will come in a blue earring box. If this is a gift, we have the option to purchase a gift box. Our gift box is Envi Jewels branded.

We recommend storing your jewellery individually in the original packaging or in a separate section of your jewellery box. This is to avoid any damage. We provide a pouch for each item purchased. Every once in a while feel free to give you necklace a wipe with a lint cloth or just a soft tissue will do. This will help maintain its sparkling condition.

Please don’t forget to remove your jewellery before having a shower, bath, swimming or using any cosmetic products, such as perfume/aftershave, hair spray, lotions etc. We recommend spraying your fragrance of choice on last and ensuring you do not spray it on your jewellery. Such products may harm the metal, cause discoloration or cause a loss of crystal brilliance. Avoid contact that may scratch or chip the crystal.
